Reggie Morton and Nathan Cox grew up together, at one time they were best friends but once they started growing up everything shifted and they fought like cats and dogs. Years later Nathan is perplexed by Reggie, he wants her but he believes she hates him. The same could be same for Reggie, she believes Nathan can barely tolerate her. Things change though and the story of Reggie and Nathan begins.
I couldn’t put this one down, this was not what I expected at all, it was better. Reggie and Nathan are wonderful together you think you know where this book is going and bam!, it takes a shift constantly keeping you guessing. I also liked the fact that it delves into their history together, you get a sense of why things played out the way they did when they were younger. Intense and one of my favorites in the SWAT 2.0 series.
