Chloe Stevens is pregnant and the man she thought could be her one, turned out to be a player. As soon as he had slept with her he dropped her without a second glance. Michael Andrews has watched his two brothers find their mate, Michael thinks he may have found his but he didn’t act on it. When Chloe shows up pregnant and with nowhere to turn, Michael decides it is time to stand up and be the man he should be to his mate. However, Michael doesn’t know how to communicate with Chloe and everything he does seems to have the opposite effect tearing them apart.
This was one I just could not connect with, did not like Michael at all and felt Chloe could do so much better. I also had a hard time believing Chloe had her act together, she seemed to be independent and trying to find a job tut some of the actions of hers were puzzling. Sounded like a great premise, but was not what I had been hoping for.

Xander Kostanidis always gets what he wants, he has worked his way through taking what he wants and now he is feeling the need to procreate. He doesn’t want any woman, he wants a virgin and he acquires one.
I have mixed feelings on this one. While Xander kind of softens up, he is brutal with Bianca initially. Curt, abrupt, and takes her despite her fear. Not a favorite.

The morning after though did not shine so bright as Sam left the hotel room without a word, leaving a pregnant bride and a world of hurt. Now Sam finds himself wondering what if and is determined to become the man and father he knows he can be, but can Autumn forgive him?
I was really disappointed in this book. Love Rachel Gibson but I did not like Sam, there is constant bickering and most of the book is from Sam’s point of view which is generally childish. Oh well, maybe next book will hit the mark.

Kari has held a secret crush for her co-worker Ben for three years, never talking to him until their group is told they have a mandatory retreat where they both thinking pulling nails with their teeth would be more fun.
Ben has been waiting for an opportunity to get closer to Kari, now that he and his lover Adam have an opportunity to see if the desire he has held for her can lead to something more.
So I am a sucker for full figure women stories, however this one just doesn’t work. You have a hard time warming up to Kari and for neither of them to have ever talked to one another and the next professing undying love was a bit hard to chew.
