This was a quick and easy guide to Keto. I have tried a few Keto recipes over the years that looked interesting but am not a practicing Keto follower, full disclosure. I found the recipes quick and easy, the beginning of the cookbook has easy reference on what the Keto diet is all about. I made a few recipes from this cookbook and they were good. For me personally, I like a lot of fresh herbs to help add flavor and would like to see that incorporated into some of the recipes.

I think if you are wanting a simplified guide to Keto with some quick recipes this is the book to start with, only 5 ingredients so perfect if on budget or want minimal work while cooking.
